The AMMP Monitoring Center holds the dashboards set up for your portfolio. Open it from **Technical Operations** in the AMMP OS Portal.

## The dashboard layout

Every dashboard has three parts: the left sidebar, the top bar and the central display area.

### Left sidebar

| Icon | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Your logo | Returns to your Monitoring Center home page |
| AMMP OS Home | Returns to the AMMP OS Portal |
| Dashboard explorer | Opens the list of dashboard folders and dashboards |
| Profile | Switch organisation, edit your profile, see notification history, change your password or sign out |
| Help | Keyboard shortcuts and a link to AMMP customer support |

### Top bar

| Control | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| Folder and dashboard name | Shows where you are. Click it to search dashboards. |
| Star | Adds the dashboard to your starred dashboards |
| Share | Share the dashboard as a link or snapshot, or export it |
| Time range picker | Choose or define the date and time range shown |
| Refresh | Reloads the latest data and sets an auto-refresh interval |
| Cycle view mode | One click hides the sidebar; two clicks hide the sidebar and top bar |

### Central display area

This shows the dashboard itself: panels, selectors (group, site, field, phase, time range) and navigation tabs to other dashboards. The contents differ per dashboard.

## Navigating dashboards

- **Selectors** at the top of a dashboard filter what you see, for example which site, which group or which time range.
- **Switching dashboards:** click the four-square icon to see all available dashboards.
- **Finding a dashboard:** search by name, filter by tag, or tick **Starred** to see your favourites.
- **Drilling down to a site:** in any table with a site name column, click a site name to open that site's dashboard.
- **Groups and sites:** use the group dropdown at the top left to choose one or more groups, then pick a site within them.

## Working with graphs

- **Show or hide a series:** click its name in the legend. Hold ⌘ (Mac) or Ctrl (Windows) to select more than one.
- **Change a series colour:** click the colour swatch in the legend.
- **Show a second Y-axis:** click the series colour in the legend and open **Y-axis**.
- **See a single value:** hover over the graph at that point in time.
- **Zoom in:** pick a shorter period in the time range picker.

## Exporting data from a panel

1. Click the panel title and choose **Inspect → Data**.
2. A side panel opens with the data. By default it's the raw data.
3. To export the data as shown on the dashboard, expand **Data options** and switch on **Apply panel transformations**. Switch on **Download for Excel** for a CSV that opens cleanly in Excel.
4. Click **Download CSV**.

## Switching organisations

If you have access to more than one organisation, hover over your profile avatar at the bottom left, click **Switch Organization** and choose the one you want.
